Spirit Airlines & My 9 Yr Old

If I want my daughter back, I'm being informed I must pay, again.

I paid for my minor to fly to MSP from LAX, via Spirit Airlines, on April 25th. I booked the ticket for June 8th to July 18th. There were some issues, so Spirit changed her flight out, for June 9th, and covered the unaccompanied minor fee costs due to the issues we had. I needed a name change on the ticket, for it was booked in my name, but actually for my daughter to use. A Spirit employee (name & badge # available) that works at LAX, did that, but come to find out, he cancelled & rebooked the ticket in order to complete the name change. He entered the return date as June 18th, rather than July 18th, without informing me. I never received an email or courtesy call regarding the change. Now my minor, my 9 yr old daughter, was suppose to leave at 6:29 this morning from MSP and land at LAX @ 8:32 am, yet she won't be. If I want my daughter back, I'm being informed that I must buy another ticket for her AND pay the 'no show fees' on top of the unaccompanied minor fees. Help?
