Students at Discovery Isle Child Development Center(R) in Murrieta Raise More than $2,000 for Cancer Research at Trike-A-Thon

Preschool students rode trikes, scooters and bikes to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

On April 14, students at Discovery Isle Child Development Center in Murrieta hosted a trike-a-thon that raised $2,051 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. More than 30 students, ages 2 to 5, rode their tricycles, bikes and scooters around the track at their school. The event concluded a week of learning about bike safety, including the importance of stop signs and how to keep themselves and their friends safe. Students received donations for each completed lap.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital works to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
