HEMET, CA — A man died in a Hemet motel room under suspicious circumstances, and authorities Friday were seeking the public's help unraveling what might have happened to him.
The victim was discovered by staff at the Days Inn on West Florida Avenue about 12:10 p.m. Thursday, according to Hemet Police Department Lt. Nate Miller, who said officers did not immediately rule out foul play after looking over the room.
Detectives are still attempting to identify the victim and confirm how he died, according to Miller.
