Traffic Delays Expected During Jefferson Improvement Project In Murrieta

Businesses are expected to still be accessible during the construction work.

MURRIETA, CA — Rancho Water will be conducting work along Jefferson Avenue in Murrieta beginning May 10 to complete system tie-ins associated with the new pipeline installation, city officials said on Friday.

The City said the construction work, which is part of the Jefferson Improvement Project, may result in heavier traffic between Elm and Fig streets on Jefferson Avenue.

Construction will take place from 5 p.m. on May 10 to 2:30 p.m. on May 11.

Businesses will still be accessible during the construction work, but extended travel times are expected along the route.
