3 Fugitives Wanted In Napa County: Napa Valley Crime Stoppers

NAPA COUNTY, CA — Napa Valley Crime Stoppers and Napa County Sheriff's Office recently put out mugshots of three people accused of being fugitives from the law in Napa County. Edwin Enrique Baiza, Joshua Dwayne Proctor and Alexander Elliot Velazquez remained at large as of Thursday, Nov. 7.
Edwin Enrique Baiza, is 38 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He is wanted for a suspected probation violation on felony charges of smuggling contraband into jail and grand theft, according to Napa Valley Crime Stoppers.

Joshua Dwayne Proctor is 24 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He is wanted on a revocation of parole for a prior felony conviction of the manufacture/sale/possession of a short-barrel shotgun or rifle, according to Napa Valley Crime Stoppers.

Alexander Elliot Velazquez, is 23 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He is wanted on suspicion of a felony charge of making threats to commit crime resulting in death, according to Napa Valley Crime Stoppers.
