5 Scholarship Opportunities From Napa Valley Community Foundation
Requirements vary including for those in education and music fields to military vets or dependants. Deadline is early March. Take a look!

NAPA COUNTY, CA – The Napa Valley Community Foundation administers several scholarship funds that are awarded to students or teachers in Napa County. Five are currently available.
Each has a special focus area that reflects the interests of the donors who established the fund. All scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis and have unique application requirements.
The deadline to apply for all scholarships is March 7, 2017.

Edward W. Solomon Scholarship and Judith B. Cutcomb Scholarship: These scholarships benefit: teachers/educators that wish to further their studies; or, individuals interested in education that want to prepare for a career in education or a related field. Click to apply.

Fruit of the Vine Scholarship: This scholarship benefits graduating Napa County high school seniors and Napa Valley College transfer students who plan to attend a four-year college/university and will find the cost of higher education a financial hardship. Click to apply.
George and Gwendolyn Goodin Scholarship: This scholarship benefits Napa County residents who are military veterans, or are dependents of military veterans who died while in active service, and will attend a two- or four-year college, vocational college or university program. Click to apply
Lenore Hirsch-Jay Falk Scholarship: This scholarship benefits Napa County high school seniors that are graduating, and who have worked hard to overcome academic challenges, and will attend a two- or four-year college program in general education. Click to apply
Ted Kohler Music Scholarship: This scholarship benefits Calistoga residents who are in grades 7-12, or high school graduates, that are committed to music and wish to continue their music education. Click to apply
