Partly Sunny Day but a little chilly out there. The Promenade is very quiet this morning. Just a few delivery people moving goods to the various restaurants. The Morgan Stanley folks were already in for their morning coffees and Chai Lattes. We are looking forward to this coming Sunday’s Riverfront Chalk Festival. It is an opportunity to see a lot of talented artists doing something they love. Come on out and stroll around the Riverfront. It’s Free and Its Fun !!

No Swallows Yet. We have seen swallows several times but none have nested under the bridge yet. If they don’t nest, we will still award the contest based on our first observation.
Sign up for the ” Return of the Swallows” Contest. The 10 closest times to picking the time when the swallows return to the 3rd Street Bridge will win a LARGE Frati Gelato. Just pick: the day, the Hour and Minute you think the swallows will return and send it to INFO@FRATIGELATOCAFE.COM. Only one entry per person is allowed. We will log each entry and name the winners appropriately. The person responsible for establishing the official arrival time of the Swallows is a Senior County Official Mr. Mark Foster. Only 66 entries so far.
