AAA Sets Up Napa County Fire Assistance Center
Claims assistance for wildfire victims offered at Napa County site.

NAPA VALLEY, CA - From AAA: In response to the Northern California wildfires, AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah (NCNU) is taking additional action to assist its members.
In an effort to provide claims assistance that is easily accessible to all affected by the fires, AAA has established a claims presence in three additional locations near the affected areas:

· 800 Trancas, Suite C, Napa, CA 94558
The AAA claims assistance trailer has also been stationed at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, 1330 Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa, since Tuesday, October 10. The trailer’s operating hours are 7 AM – 7 PM, and it is staffed by employees who assist members with insurance claims and other needs. They also distribute personal care items – and stuffed animals, crayons and coloring books for children.

Among the services being provided by AAA NCNU:
· Debit cards to help with immediate living expenses are available to those with covered losses insured through AAA NCNU who have been displaced from their homes.
· Emergency road service is available to AAA members with disabled vehicles.
· AAA is working with local Hertz offices to provide rental vehicles to those with lost or damaged cars.
AAA NCNU insurance customers who have suffered damages can begin filing claims immediately. AAA NCNU has a telephone number for members who need assistance. The number is (800) 922-8228.
