NAPA, CA — When the Napa Valley Wine Trolley comes jingling down the road, it's a sure sign the holidays have arrived.
Every December, the Holiday Lights Tour is offered aboard the vintage cable car. Passengers are taken through historic Downtown Napa, its Victorian neighborhood, Browns Valley and North Napa.
