YOUNTVILLE, CA — The wine country town of Yountville has a population of just over 3,000 but boasts a Michelin Guide restaurant ratio of about one for every 660 residents.
Described by Visit Napa Valley as the area’s culinary capital, Yountville, which is home to roughly 3,300 people, is also the location of The French Laundry, an icon of contemporary French cuisine with three Michelin stars.
Other Michelin Guide offerings in Yountville include Italian eatery Ciccio, which boasts a Bib Gourmand for high-quality food at a good price, plus North Block, known for its focus on California; Ad Hoc, which specializes in American fare; and French restaurant Bouchon.
