Officials have not yet released the precise location or the cause of the hazard.

Knoxville Road winds through a remote, rugged portion of eastern Napa County near Lake Berryessa and serves residents, recreation areas, ranches, and agricultural properties.

Fire agencies routinely treat electrical hazards in the area as high-priority incidents because damaged electrical equipment can quickly ignite vegetation during fire season.

However, authorities have not reported a vegetation or structure fire associated with the incident, and no information was immediately available regarding injuries, evacuations, road closures, or power outages.
