North Bay leaders demand release of funds for sinking Highway 37 (napavalleyregister.com) β€” Highway 37, a key route for Napa County commuters, may soon get $100 million in long-delayed safety and congestion upgrades, including added carpool lanes and climate-resilient improvements. North Bay leaders, including Napa County Supervisor Belia Ramos, are pressing the state transportation commission this week to release the funds, arguing the chronically flooded, traffic-choked corridor is eroding residents' quality of life.
