Man Wanted On Oral Copulation With A Minor Arrested In Traffic Stop

NAPA VALLEY, CA — A man wanted on a warrant related to a suspected sexual relationship with a minor was arrested while driving through Napa Valley.

Patrol officers found Benjamin Solis, 35, of Napa driving near the 2500 block of Laurel Street on Sunday. Officers recognized Solis as having an outstanding arrest warrant, stopped his vehicle, and took him into custody without incident.

Authorities booked Solis into the Napa County Department of Corrections on suspicion of oral copulation with a minor.

A judge set bail at $25,000. Solis posted bail and was released.
