Become A Napa Valley Literacy Tutor--And Change A Life!
"Some people want a million dollars; I just want to learn to read."

Announcement from the County of Napa:
The Napa County Library Literacy Center has helped thousands of local residents improve their reading and writing skills. Come share the rewards of helping an adult learn to read and write. Volunteer tutors help other community members build their basic skills for work and life.
Adults come to the Literacy Center for many reasons, including preparing for job promotion, working towards a GED, becoming a citizen, or learning to read or write a letter. Prior experience is not required; the Literacy Center will train volunteers to work with adult learners.
