This festive procession brings out the best of local spirit, with colorful floats, marching bands, and community groups showcasing their patriotic pride. Bring your flags, wear your stars and stripes, and join the cheering crowd! After the parade, the celebration continues at the Oxbow Public Market, 610 1st St.&nbsp;
