Beginners Bird walks of the fall season have been excellent outings. We’ve had lots of birds to see and good groups of birders to enjoy watching them. The event leaders monitor birds at this site on a weekly basis. This monitoring has provided the participants with a wealth of knowledge about the birds you might see. The walks are a good way to be outside enjoying nature and looking for birds. We will walk about two miles on a flat path. Binoculars available to borrow. The event is free and open to the public. Please bring water. Heavy rain cancels.
