CEO Steps Down From United Way Of Wine Country
Mike Kallhoff is leaving the organization effective June 1.
From the United Way of the Wine Country: United Way of the Wine Country has announced its president and CEO Mike Kallhoff is leaving the organization effective June 1. Kallhoff has accepted the CEO position of Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles. After a seven year tenure with United Way of the Wine Country and sixteen years within the United Way system, Kallhoff leaves the local United Way in a strong position as one of our community’s leading nonprofit organizations.
“Working in this community has truly been a blessing,” remarked Kallhoff. “It was an honor representing United Way, and I’m confident the Board will find a strong successor to lead the organization into the future.”
Jennifer O’Donnell, United Way of the Wine Country’s vice president of community benefit, will serve as interim president and CEO while the organization’s Board launches a search for Kallhoff’s replacement. O’Donnell has seven years of United Way experience and will assist the Board in running the organization until a full-time replacement is selected.
