Democratic organizations unite behind lifelong Democrat in District 2 supervisor race

The Democrats of Napa Valley and Progressive Women of Napa Valley have endorsed Ryan Gregory for the 2nd District seat on the Napa County Board of Supervisors.

The move is the latest in a series of high-profile endorsements for Gregory’s campaign. The Democrats of Napa Valley and the Progressive Women of Napa Valley join the Napa Chamber of Commerce, Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1021, U.S. Congressman Mike Thompson (D-St. Helena), the entire Napa City Council (Mayor Jill Techel, Vice Mayor Mary Luros, Council Member Juliana Inman, Council Member Pete Mott and Council Member Scott Sedgley), and hundreds of other residents who’ve endorsed Gregory, who is making his first bid for public office.

The Democrats of Napa Valley and the Progressive Women of Napa Valley represent Napa County's Democratic organizations, including the Democratic Central Committee, whose Democratic members make recommendations in local political races.

Ryan Gregory lives in the City of Napa, where he and his wife Laura are raising their two teenage daughters: Sage and Sophia. The 2nd Supervisorial District encompasses much of western Napa, including parts of Browns Valley and downtown Napa, as well as unincorporated areas west of Napa stretching to the Sonoma-Napa County line.
