Emergency Repair: Bale Lane Closed At Silverado Trail In Napa Co.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Napa County Public Works said the closure near the Napa River is to replace a culvert.
NAPA COUNTY, CA — Bale Lane is closed Thursday for emergency repairs at Silverado Trail near the Napa River north of St. Helena, according to a Napa County Public Works traffic advisory.
The road closure is from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is expected to remain in effect Friday and Saturday.
During the closure, crews are working on emergency replacement of a culvert, which is a tunnel for carrying water beneath a roadway.

"The road will reopen each evening," public works officials said. "Emergency services, the Post Office and the garbage company have been notified."
