
Guide Dogs for the Blind will host the 10th annual “Canine Heroes Wine Auction” in Napa Valley featuring auctioneer Greg Quiroga of Reynolds & Buckley and plenty of adorable puppies.
The reception will feature a silent auction, Golden Ticket raffle, and wine tastings by local wineries and hors d’oeuvres by local restaurants, with the live auction to follow. Guests will also enjoy a four-course meal as well as have the opportunity to meet the many adorable puppies-in-training. Proceeds from the event will help provide veterinary care for working Guide Dogs and puppies-in-training.
Established in 1942, Guide Dogs for the Blind provides enhanced mobility and quality of life to people who are blind through lifetime partnerships with Guide Dogs. This non-profit organization, headquartered in San Rafael, Calif., is the largest school of its kind and has produced more than 11,000 partnerships across the United States and Canada. Guests will be able to meet and take photos with the adorable puppies during the event starting at 5 p.m.
