It's a Grand Night For Singers

Tonight's "It's a Grand Night for Singers" program will be hosted, narrated and accompanied by internationally-known Broadway composer, coach and pianist Richard B. Evans who brings his marvelous talent to the Jarvis Conservatory stage. Two of the several talented singers that will be performing are Cynthia Rogers Baggott and Elena Yakoubovsky.  Ms. Baggott has starred in musicals and operas from coast to coast.  She currently heads the musical theatre faculty at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.  Born in Chile with degrees in music in the U.S., Ms. Yakoubovsky has appeared in starring roles with the West Bay Opera, Capitol Opera, and the Danville Lyric Opera.  They will be joined by six additional vocalists presenting a wide variety of repertoire from opera, Broadway, and “The Great American Songbook.”

The program continues the first Saturday of every month at 7pm at the Jarvis Conservatory located at 1711 Main Street in historic downtown Napa.  Audience tickets are $15 and available at the box office beginning at 6pm, with doors opening for General Seating at 6:30pm. Complimentary tapas and wine served at intermission.
