Back by popular demand Sunglow Hoop Dance will be holding another Mommy and Me Hoop Dance class in September!
Mommies, Daddies, Aunties, Uncles, and anyone else who would like to share the joys of hooping with the little one in their life!
Sunglow Hoop Dance will be offering a special 30 minute, kid friendly class on Saturday, September 1st from 9:30-10:00AM.
This class will cover simple exercises that you and your little one can do with a hoop, different games, and ways that kiddos (or you) can use the hoop as a dance prop.
Adult and Kid sized hoops will be provided for use in class.
Suggested age: 2-6yrs
Class cost: $10 for 1 parent + 1 child
Class limit: 10 children***
