Restorative Yoga, taught by Sharon Dawson, is the softer, gentler side of yoga appropriate for all levels and most physical conditions. All poses are done on the floor, supported by bolsters and blankets. Resting in these poses allows your body to release tension held in the soft tissue, letting go of stress, fatigue and anxiety. Afterwards you will feel refreshed and energized from the meditative qualities of the class. Dress comfortably in layers.
