with spectacular wine pairings by Mark Herold Wines of Napa Valley.

Pumpkin Creme Brulee
The class begins at 4pm on Saturday, October 6th, with seating for dinner at 7:00pm.
Each course will be paired with sumptuous wines by Mark Herold Wines.
Each student will receive a souvenir Cedar Gables Inn apron, a full set of recipes for all the dishes prepared, work
side-by-side a great Napa Valley Chef, and enjoy a lovely food and wine pairing dinner. The dinner classes typically end around 9:00pm.
The cost is $160 per person.
