Sat Oct 6 Cooking Class with Wine Pairing Dinner

We have the amazing Napa Valley Chef Brian Whitmer teaching us how to cook 4 courses of California cuisine,
with spectacular wine pairings by Mark Herold Wines of Napa Valley.

Pumpkin Creme Brulee



The class begins at 4pm on Saturday, October 6th, with seating for dinner at 7:00pm.


Each course will be paired with sumptuous wines by Mark Herold Wines.


Each student will receive a souvenir Cedar Gables Inn apron, a full set of recipes for all the dishes prepared, work
side-by-side a great Napa Valley Chef, and enjoy a lovely food and wine pairing dinner. The dinner classes typically end around 9:00pm.


The cost is $160 per person.
