Fire Evacuation Center Set Up in Napa County
Four firefighters suffered second degree burns battling the #Valley Fire. It started in Lake County today and blew up to 10,000 acres.

A fire that started in Lake County this afternoon and spread to 10,000 acres in hours is affecting residents of Napa County, fire officials said.
The officials have issued mandatory evacuations for residents near the intersection of state Highway 29 and Tubbs Lane in Calistoga, according to information released by Cal Fire at 7:35 p.m.
Also, an evacuation center is being set up at the Napa County Fairgrounds in Calistoga, Lake County emergency officials said.

Four firefighters based out of Lake County assigned to Copter 104 suffered second degree burns in the fire, Cal Fire spokesman Daniel Berlant said.
They are being treated at the University of California at Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.

Berlant could not yet provide the home towns of the firefighters.
