Firefighters On Scene Of Vegetation Fire With Smoke Visible

Firefighters said that smoke will be visible across the northern part Napa County but "no immediate threat."

NAPA VALLEY, CA — Firefighters are working to contain a vegetation fire that is sending smoke across Northern Napa County today.

CAL FIRE/Napa County Fire crews are on the scene of the fire burning near Berryessa Knoxville Road, close to the Napa-Lake county line. Officials said smoke will be visible across much of the northern part of the county as firefighters work to contain the blaze.

Fire officials said the fire does not pose an immediate threat to nearby communities.
