Free Family Fun Day: Wild Day at the Napa Valley Museum

Join us as we host the Wildlife Rescue Center of Napa County. Learn how the Center rescues, rehabilitates and returns wild animals back to the wilderness. Meet live wildlife ambassadors such as an Opossum and a Red Tailed Hawk - who might give us a flying demonstration in the museum meadow! Find out how we all can respect the habitats of our furry and feathered friends such as squirrels, foxes, blue birds and more. Don’t miss the many animal skulls, skeletons and hides from the Carolyn Parr Museum and learn how the Audubon Society constructs bird boxes for a variety of avian species. Bring the entire family to see photographs and videos of the amazing wild animals who call the Napa Valley their home-sweet-home!
