Free Tickets to Chicken Cookoff!

The final round of the Foster Farms Fresh Chicken Cooking Contest is Friday at the CIA in St. Helena. Each of the first four people to respond in our comments section win a pair of tickets to the prestigious cook-off.

Would you like to see 15 cookoff-winning chefs compete for a $10,000 prize for chicken cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena Sept. 30?

Champion cook and Napa Patch contributor invites us to the second annual Foster Farms Fresh Chicken Cooking Contest.

She has four pairs of tickets to give away, donated by contest organizers.

10:00 a.m.  Deadline to have first round of dishes completed and sampled

10:15 p.m.  Tour of Culinary Institute of America (optional)

10:30 a.m.  Group Two contestants start time (3 contestants)

12:00 p.m.  Deadline to have second round of dishes completed and sampled

12:00–12:30 p.m. Final judging and announcement of winner

12:45–2:00 p.m.  Awards luncheon – Culinary Institute of America restaurant
