HelpBook Makes Hiring a Service Provider Easier

Broken pipe? Warm refrigerator? Cold furnace? It’s never convenient when these things happen, and many times – like when you have a house full of guests about to arrive – they are a downright emergency. The next time you’re faced with a household calamity, don’t waste time reading online reviews or trying to contact friends for recommendations. HelpBook is a free mobile app designed to help you find pre-screened service providers who are on-call now – when you need them – not next week or next month.

Simply click on the service category, then find and contact a provider. You will only see providers who are currently available to take your service call. You can also see their rating and average response time. In HelpBook, only people who connected with service providers are allowed to rate them, so you know the reviews are real. You can call the provider directly, send them a help request message, or send the provider’s info to a friend. You can even track your provider’s progress to your house, so you know exactly when to expect them.
