Lake County Man Accused Of Pimping Woman, 19, In Napa County
The 26-year-old was arrested as a result of an undercover operation by the Napa Special Investigations Bureau.
NAPA COUNTY, CA — A 26-year-old Lake County man was arrested Thursday as a result of an undercover operation by detectives with the Napa Special Investigations Bureau into possible sex trafficking in Napa County.
Roy Percoats, a Clearlake Oaks resident, is accused of pimping out a 19-year-old woman in Napa County on more than one occasion, NSIB Lt. Rick Greenberg said Friday in a news release.
"In an effort to assist the victims escape a life in commercial sex trafficking, NSIB detectives offered the victim services and an Emergency Protective Order (EPO) against Percoats," Greenberg said. "This is an ongoing investigation, as there may be more victims."

As of Friday, Percoats was being held in lieu of $1-million bail at Napa County Jail, where according to Greenberg, he was booked on suspicion of pimping and pandering.
If convicted of the felonies, Percoats could face time in California state prison.
