Update: Missing Napa Man Located
Norman Alumbaugh, 85, has been found and is fine, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office. He suffers from dementia and was considered at risk when he failed to arrive as expected at his destination, authorities said earlier.

Missing Person: Norman Alumbaugh, white male 85 years old, 5'10", 190lbs, Norman suffers from Dementia, he has silver white hair, a goatee and a mustache. He was wearing jeans and a blue fleece. Last seen on Trancas Street turning towards Silverado Trail in Napa, earlier today. Norman is driving a silver colored Town and Country SUV, license plate #5SHE259.
