Man Jumps From Bushes, Attacks Female Jogger
The woman told police she was running in the area of Trancas Crossing Park when the incident occurred.

NAPA, CA –Witnesses are sought by police to an assault that occurred to a woman jogging Friday at about 6 p.m. in Trancas Crossing Park in Napa, according to authorities.
"The victim told officers a man jumped out of the bushes and grabbed her, but she was able to break free and escape," the Napa Police Department said.
The suspect, described as either white or Hispanic, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with a slender build, was wearing a long-sleeved black shirt or sweatshirt, blue jeans and tennis shoes, police said.

"We are grateful the jogger got away, and we need your help finding this man," the agency said.
The female said she recalled, prior to the attack, seeing several people in the park, including
an older couple walking on the path, along with a silver, mid-sized, newer pickup truck with a camper shell that was parked by a “SMART” car in the roundabout, handicapped area inside the park, police said.
