Masters Winemaker Dinner with Joseph Phelps Vineyards

Sip and savor some of Napa Valley's finest wines from Joseph Phelps Vineyards as you enjoy a fabulous meal at The Meritage Resort.

Sip and savor some of Napa Valley's finest wines from Joseph Phelps Vineyards paired with elegant dishes from executive chef of The Meritage Resort and Spa, Ryan Rupp.

This dinner experience inside the elegant Estate Cave at The Meritage Resort will be led by Will Phelps as dinner guests’ travel throughout the famed wine growing regions of Napa Valley and the Sonoma Coast by tasting wines from Joseph Phelps Vineyards. Phelps will provide insights into the flavor profiles and personalities of each wine and help to explain his family’s winemaking history, including how they went from running one of the largest construction companies in the United States to being recognized one of Napa Valley’s premier winemakers.

A reception will begin with live music, wine, and appetizers around The Meritage Resort pool that looks out on Napa’s Grape Crusher Statue and hillside vineyards at 6:30 p.m. A five course dinner in the Estate Cave will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will feature 2012 Insignia and four other famed wines from Joseph Phelps Vineyards.
