Napa Burglary Suspects Hoisting Safe Go Live On Camera
Three men were arrested after police say a live surveillance alert led officers straight into an active residential burglary.
NAPA VALLEY, CA β A home security camera went dark. Minutes later, Napa police said officers arrived to find three burglary suspects still at the scene β including one man allegedly carrying a safe out of the house and trying to load it into a waiting vehicle.
According to the Napa Police Department, officers responded about 11 a.m. April 23 to Bristol Court after a resident reported seeing people on surveillance video walking around the outside of the home before the video feed abruptly cut off.
Police said responding officers found two suspects sitting in a vehicle parked in the driveway while a third suspect was outside with a safe taken from inside the residence. Investigators said the men had entered through a window, damaged the safe while trying to open it and were preparing to flee when officers intervened.

The homeowner arrived during the investigation and told police none of the men had permission to be inside the home and were unknown to the resident, according to Napa police.
Police identified the suspects as Kevin Molano-Higuera, Oscar Alexander-Cortes, and Jonathan Lopez-Sepulveda, all adult males with unknown addresses. All three were arrested and taken to the Napa County Department of Corrections.
