Napa Grad Nite offers online “early-bird” tickets with prizes for tickets purchased before 4/30
Fantastic prize drawing for Napa Grad Nite early tickets purchased by Sunday, April 30.
Napa Grad Nite will again be held at the Napa Valley College campus on Thursday, June 8. Doors open at 9pm and the event continues until 5am the next morning, after the headline act finishes and the final door prizes are given away. The organizing committee expects in excess of 600 students from the Napa area high schools to attend and this year is again offering “early-bird” tickets to the event. These early-bird tickets are currently priced at $30 until 4/30 and rise to $40 from May 1 through June 5. Admission at the door on June 8 will be $50 per student.
Tickets are available for purchase now on the Napa Grad Nite website at napagradnite.com.
“Starting in 2015 we offered these early-bird tickets ahead of the event to allow graduating seniors and their parents an opportunity to save money by buying their tickets early” says Kelly Wallace, President of Project Graduation Inc., the 501(c)(3) non-profit founded to organize and run the event each year “And this year we have the added incentive of a drawing for some incredible prizes for those who buy their tickets by April 30.”

Wallace outlined the prizes as follows - Two x 3-day passes to BottleRock Napa, Two balloon flights courtesy of Balloons Above the Valley and a Chauffeured ride to and from Napa Grad Nite for the winner and 3 friends courtesy of SafeRide Wine Tours!
"In addition to the prizes for folks who buy tickets by Sunday 4/30” continued Wallace ‘"this year we have an amazing prize to give away on the night. Thanks to the incredible generosity of The Patrick Savage Memorial Corporation, along with Napa Ford and Napa Sunrise Rotary, one lucky Napa Grad Nite attendee will leave as a winner of a 2011 red Ford Focus valued at $7500." The drawing for the car will take place at the end of the night with 20 names being drawn! Each of these 20 people will receive a key and an opportunity to start the car! The graduate whose key starts the car is the WINNER of that CAR! The winner must be a 2017 graduate from one of our Napa schools and be present to WIN.

Activities at the 2017 event this year will include a Hypnotist – Live D.J. & Dancing - Casino - Salon Hair Styling & Manicures - Interactive Games - Arcade Games – Poker Tournament – All Nite All-You-Can-Eat Buffet, plus activities Wallace indicated would be surprises for the seniors that they won’t be unveiling until the night itself!
As always Napa Grad Nite needs an army of volunteers to help the event run smoothly and are looking for members of the community to assist. Volunteers get to help make a lot of kids very happy on their big night and, like students, can partake in the buffets and BBQ’s available. Anyone wanting to volunteer can do so by contacting our Volunteer Chair at gradnitevolunteer@gmail.com.
“The event is heavily subsidized each year by donations from the community” says Wallace, “and the actual cost of food, prizes, entertainment and operations cost well in excess of $150 per participant. The following have helped significantly with our costs this year: Community Projects, Kiwanis Club of Napa, Patrick Savage Memorial, Billco's Billiards, and Napa Valley Vintner's & Darts among many others and we are extremely grateful for their support.”
Napa Grad Nite is happily still taking donations and these can be made by visiting napagradnite.com and making a contribution rather than buying a ticket or by contacting us by email at napagradnite2014@gmail.com.
Napa Grad Nite traces its origins back to a tragic night in early June 1987 when three graduating High School seniors lost their lives in a car crash. From the result of that loss of life Napa Grad Nite was born and is now almost 30 years old.
About Napa Grad Nite - Napa Grad Nite is an annual event created by Project Graduation Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Napa Grad Nite is run entirely by community volunteers and, besides discounted entry fee, relies almost exclusively on donations and corporate sponsorships for it’s funding.
