Napa Intersection To Close For Roundabout Construction: Caltrans
Caltrans said detour routes will be in place until late December for construction of one of three roundabouts.

NAPA, CA — Caltrans is scheduled to remove the traffic signal light from the intersection of First Street and California Boulevard in Napa the second week of September to accommodate construction on one of three roundabouts west of downtown Napa.
A months-long closure of the intersection is planned beginning the week of Sept. 9, a Caltrans spokesperson said. Detours will be in place until the intersection reopens, which Caltrans expects will happen by late December, Spokeswoman Janis Mara said.
"Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes," Mara said. "Should drivers travel through the construction area, delays are expected and drivers should exercise caution."
