Gaw Van Male, a Napa-based wine industry and estate planning law firm, has named Jamie Watson as partner.

Watson joined Gaw Van Male in 2008 as a senior associate with a law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2008. He specializes in the areas of wealth preservation, elder law, and business succession serving clients in both Napa and Solano counties. In addition, Watson works as a lead wine industry law attorney for Gaw Van Male.

Watson is a frequent lecturer at seminars on medi-cal planning, veteran’s benefits, and special needs trusts and high end estate planning. An avid wine enthusiast and Napa Valley resident, Watson serves on the board of PACE Solano, PSI Napa Valley, and the Napa Valley Chapter of the International Wine and Food Society. He is a graduate cum laude of Linfield College of Oregon with a degree in International Business.
