Napa Man Accused Of Molesting Child Relative For Several Years
"The victim reported ongoing acts of child molestation in the home occurring over the past several years," a Napa police lieutenant said.

NAPA, CA — A 31-year-old Napa man was arrested and charged earlier this month on allegations that he continuously molested and sexually abused a child relative who resided in the same south Napa home as the accused, according to police and county prosecutors.
Gustavo Calderon Guzman was arrested after Napa County Child Welfare notified the Napa Police Department about the allegations, Napa police Lt. Gary Pitkin said April 5 in a news release.
"The victim reported ongoing acts of child molestation in the home occurring over the past several years," Pitkin said.

Calderon was arrested at his workplace.
After interviewing Calderon and evaluating the evidence, Napa detectives arrested the 31-year-old on April 4 on suspicion of two felony counts of oral copulation with a child younger than 14, two felony counts of sodomy of a child younger than 14 and more than 10 years younger than him, and one felony count of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

Calderon was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections and his bail was set at $250,000.
Court documents show that on April 8, the Napa County District Attorney's Office officially charged Calderon with one felony count of continuous sexual abuse of a child, two felony counts of lewd act on a child, two felony counts of lewd or lascivious act on a child under 14 years of age, and three sentence-enhancing special allegations of substantial sexual contact.
The alleged molestation dated back to October 2013, according to court records.
In an effort to protect the victim, police did not disclose the exact nature of Calderon's relation to the child, nor the home address where the alleged molestation took place.
