Napa Man Arrested, Accused of Rape on Victim Under 18 and 'Unable To Consent'

BREAKING: The alleged assault occurred on Main Street and reportedly was witnessed by a family member, police said.

NAPA COUNTY CA – Napa police arrested a man Monday on suspicion of committing a sexual assault Sunday night.

Alfonso Ceballos, 49, of Napa, was arrested on suspicion of rape of a person unable to give consent, oral copulation with a person under 18 years old and sexual penetration with a foreign object, police said.

The alleged assault in the 1800 block of Main Street in Napa was witnessed by a family member who reported it to police.

Ceballos was booked into Napa County Jail Monday, police said.

"Due to the sensitive nature of the crimes, the victim is not being identified and no further information is
available at this time," police said.
