Napa Probationer Accused Of Harassing Underage Person
Police allege that Joshua Bagg, 29, dropped off flowers and a note specifically for a child under 14 years old at the victim's house.

NAPA, CA — The Napa Police Department issued a public safety alert last week on social media about a man suspected of trying to prey on at least one underage person.
Bagg is accused of dropping off flowers and a note specifically for a child under 14 years old at the victim’s house, according to Napa police Lt. Chase Haag.
"Mr. Bagg was seen on several occasions hanging out near the victim’s house and just watching the residence," Haag said. "Bagg happened to be on probation for other crimes and his alleged behavior violated the terms of his probation."
