Napa Sheriff: Beware Of Phone Scam Involving Treasury Department
The caller may threaten you with a warrant unless funds are paid. Don't fall for it!

From the Napa County Sheriff’s Office:
Please be aware of scam in which caller portrays himself as with the U.S. Treasury Department and is issuing a warrant for your arrest.
The scam involves a male subject that states that he is with the Treasury and will issue a warrant for your arrest if funds are not paid to the caller.

This notification is a reminder to not provide any personal information including credit card information over the phone to anyone trying to solicit funds
