Charlie Schaupp is a veteran of both Desert Storm and the Battle of Fallujah, Iraq. He is a proven leader who has served in both peace and war. Charlie, first hand, understands the importance of our nation’s defense, the needs of both our veterans, and the needs of our active duty military. Charlie believes that, as the Constitution states, no issue can be more important than “provide for the common defense” of our freedoms and liberty.
As a Central Valley farmer, Charlie believes that we must continue to protect our watersheds and water rights so that our communities and farmers can continue to grow and thrive.
