Napa Valley Weekend: Must Know Events

NAPA VALLEY, CA — Saturday is Adopt-a-Pet Day. The Napa County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center, and 140 other California shelters, are waiving fees on adoptable dogs, cats and rabbits — many spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. ASPCA grants cover the fees.

Napa Valley’s signature wine-and-philanthropy highlights include the annual barrel auction at the (newly re-designed) Robert Mondavi Winery, and a gala live auction.
