Within the last 12 hours, winds of 73 mph have already been recorded at Mt. St. Helena west, according to the NWS.

NORTH SF BAY AREA, CA —A wind advisory went into effect late Sunday night for the North Bay mountains and elevations above 1,000 feet and is expected to remain in effect until 10 a.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service San Francisco Bay Area.
During the advisory period which also affects East Bay hills, the Diablo Range and Santa Cruz mountains, northerly winds from 20 to 35 mph are forecast, with gusts to 60 mph locally to over 70 mph over the higher ridges.
"The strongest gusts will be over the highest peaks and ridge tops," NWS officials said. "Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Gusty winds will also make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles or those pulling trailers."
