By NVOS artist Davina Rubin
NVOS Artist Christina de Lopez uses new and recycled metal to create free-standing pieces - wall art and one-of-a-kind sculptures. Her inspiration comes from living in the countryside of the Napa Valley, surrounded by all its beauty.
Christina has just built a new studio, and is happy to now have all her materials organized and in full view. The great advantage of this new studio is that all visitors will be able to see her full operation.
She is especially inspired to use the more unusual pieces of recycled metal, and will have more “new/old” work to show at Open Studios 2013.
You can find Christina and her artwork at Studio #36, 7780 Silverado Trail, north of Napa, California.
Artist, writer and actress Davina Rubin uses acrylics and mixed media to create abstract works on both canvas and paper. She paints in her small loft in Napa, and writes a philosophic blog atwww.davinarubin.com. You can also see some of her artwork at www.davinarubinart.weebly.com, and you can visit her at Studio #42 during Napa Valley Open Studios.
