One Dead In Napa Crash After Car Hits Tree
Police are investigating the fatal crash on Napa Valley Corporate Drive, and are asking witnesses to get in touch.
NAPA, CA — One person was killed in a single-car crash in Napa Monday afternoon, after the car left the roadway and hit a tree on the 2700 block of Napa Valley Corporate Drive. The person killed was the car's sole occupant, the Napa Police Department said.
Police have not released the name of the victim, and are investigating whether alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash. According to a preliminary investigation, the car was traveling north at a high speed before the crash, which happened around 5:57 p.m.

Northbound Napa Valley Corporate Drive at Napa Valley Corporate Way was closed for about eight hours Monday while police processed the scene.
