Online Ad Leads To Pimp's Arrest In Napa, Authorities Say
BREAKING: The alleged pimp, a Solano County man, was cuffed in a Napa Special Investigations Bureau undercover operation.

NAPA COUNTY, CA — A 35-year-old Solano County man is out on bail after his arrest Oct. 31 on suspicion of pimping and pandering in Napa County, according to the Napa Special Investigations Bureau. Harold Domingue II, 35, of Suisun City, was arrested in an undercover operation which involved detectives responding to an online ad that offered prostitution services in the county, NSIB Lt. Gary Pitkin said in a news release Tuesday.
Pitkin said NSIB had been looking into suspected sex trafficking activities being offered in Napa County via the internet. Detectives began communicating with the ad holder, ultimately setting up a meeting for the purpose of prostitution in the city of Napa on Halloween, Pitkin said.
"As the investigation progressed, detectives conducted surveillance which aided them in identifying the prostitute and her pimp," Pitkin said.

Following his arrest, detectives obtained a search warrant, which they used to recover additional evidence of his alleged sex trafficking, the lieutenant said.
NSIB is working to submit its findings in the investigation to the Napa County District Attorney's Office for review and potential filing of criminal charges against the alleged prostitute and Domingue.
Pitkin said the prostitute as offered services and resources in an effort to help her escape sex trafficking, then released. She will not be identified by the NSIB, he said.
