Pietisserie Holiday Pie Pop-Up Shop Now Open In Napa

NAPA, CA — Pietisserie, the Oakland bakery on a mission to bring a “future memory of pie” to its customers by way of its unique, pure-butter crust pies, has announced Napa as one of two holiday pop-up locations for 2022.

"Beloved by East Bay residents for over a decade, founder Jaynelle St. Jean has expanded Pietisserie’s holiday offerings from its beginnings as a farmer's market pop-up, to the South Bay at Palo Alto’s Town & Country Village in 2021 and this year to locations at San Ramon’s City Center Bishop Ranch and Napa’s First Street respectively," Pietisserie announced in a news release.

Beginning with only three perfected pie recipes, Pietisserie’s menu now boasts 15 artisan-crafted pies. Merging taste with design, the pies are baked with fruits, nuts and veggies sourced from regional farmers at their peak.

The full menu will be stocked at Pietisserie’s Napa and San Ramon and holiday store locations from Nov. 9 to Dec. 24 including fan favorites such as Pumpkin in Chocolate and Pecan as well as new crowd pleasers such as Grapefruit, Double Cherry, Chocolate Cream Pretzel, and Pear Blueberry. Pies are standard 9-inch, feed six-eight people, and range from $36-$82.

Customers passing through Pietisserie’s holiday locations will have the opportunity to experience the shop's statement piece, the Pie Mandala, which is an 8-foot version of the company’s acclaimed pie shadowbox that depicts a menu of its 15 artisan pies divided into five visual categories.

While the full menu will be stocked at Pietisserie holiday shops, pies also can be reserved for pick up at respective locations online at Pietisserie.com throughout the holiday shop period, in addition to a last-minute pickup option from Pietisserie’s Palo Alto location on Nov. 21 & 23. For customers outside of the Bay Area, Pietisserie is available nationwide via Goldbelly.
