Join authors Brian Teare and Lan Samantha Chang for a wine reception and reading as part of the Napa Valley Writers' Conference.

Teare is the author of four critically acclaimed books — The Room Where I Was Born, Sight Map, the Lambda Award-winning Pleasure, and Companion Grasses, a finalist for the Kingsley Tufts Award. His fifth book, The Empty Form Goes All the Way to Heaven, was published in 2015.

Chang is the author of three books: the critically acclaimed novella All Is Forgotten, Nothing Is Lost, the novel Inheritance, and Hunger: A Novella and Stories. Chang has been honored as the California Book Award Silver Medalist and as a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Award, among other honors.

Tickets cost $15 per person and may be purchased by cash or check at the door. Napa Valley Writers' Conference attendees, conference supporters and community housing hosts, and students with a current student ID are admitted for free.
