Saint Helena, California — California is home to students who are showing up, standing out and making a real impact in their schools and communities. To celebrate them, Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to spotlight local students excelling in academics, athletics, the arts and beyond.

Tell us about your star student's accomplishments and why they deserve to be recognized on Patch!

She is an outstanding student who has earned straight A’s in all her classes from eighth grade through her current sophomore year. In addition to her academic excellence, she is an active and accomplished member of her school and community. She is a member of the high school swim team, performs in school drama productions and participates in the city choir, having begun in the children’s choir at age nine and now performing with the teen choir.

She is also an active member of Future Farmers of America (FFA) and serves as a camp counselor. Notably, she was accepted into the prestigious Interlochen Arts Camp, where she will participate in the six-week High School Acting Company program. As part of this program, she will perform in William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.

Perhaps most importantly, she is an exceptional individual. She serves as a mentor to younger students and consistently demonstrates integrity, honesty and respect for others. She goes out of her way to support those around her and contributes positively to her community.
